Great service everytime, even if you don’t really need service. Having used Rays Septic service previously, I recently scheduled to have my septic tank pumped. On the day of service, I received a call from Tyler telling me that he had previously pump my septic only 22 months earlier and that my tank really doesn’t need pumped. Tyler helped me understand the typical frequency septics require pumping and steps that can be taken to reduce the frequency even further. It’s not very often a company will forgo revenue for the good of the customer. Speaks volumes of the integrity of Rays Septic Service (Tyler).

I cannot say enough good things about Ray's septic. I am a local real estate agent and have used Ray's for almost 7 years now. We use them for our personal home and recommend them to every single client.
I've had to work with many companies throughout my career who try to sell questionable "maintenance programs" or consistently tried to upsell my clients on upgrades to their septic systems even BEFORE addressing the current issue that the client called about!
Ray's customer service is spectacular because they take whatever the client's biggest concern is and focus on that. They are dead set on making sure that your septic tank is in good working order, period.
They are also incredibly skilled at locating tanks, opening tanks that are extremely difficult to get to, and educating their customers on the fact that as long as septic tanks are treated right from inside the house (Angel soft toilet paper and no bleach use), that they will stay in good working order.

Ray's septic is flexible, extremely knowledgeable, HARD WORKING kind, collaborative, and affordable.

But the most important thing to me as a real estate agent is that they are HONEST.

Ray's septic were great to work with, honest and fair price, also got out to do the repair quickly. Tyler was the guy I worked with, and he got the job done same day. You can feel good about working with these guys, and don't need to shop price, as they were the best I found after checking with multiple companies.

I initially called another company but found the old receipt from 2019 from the previous home owners. I am very glad I called! Tyler and Ray at Ray's Septic Service. They were VERY professional, educated me on the entire process, and the kind of men you just keep having a conversation with (as I did), while they worked. They were both very pleasant to the point it didn't bother me so much when I had to swipe my credit card for a few unexpected expenses. I highly recommend Ray's Septic Service!
