If I could give Kyle & Koby more than 5 stars, I 1000% would! We needed our septic tank pumped emergently on a Saturday, and Trevor worked with the schedule to fit us in. When Kyle and Koby arrived, they were both very nice and professional. They worked to find the septic tank. Once located, they determined the issue and worked diligently to get the tank pumped in a timely manner. They explained the services in very good detail so we could make the best decision, and each time Kyle had to come into the house he removed his shoes. Kyle and Koby truly went above and beyond the call of duty and I will definitely request to have them come out again if needed. Thank you so much! Tyler and Brandon serviced our septic system today. We had a problem that developed with our system yesterday, Saturday, and rendered our system non-useable. I contacted a different provider, but they stated they were “deer hunting” and would not be able to help us. They were referred by another plumbing company in the area that I had used in the past for minor plumbing needs. Needless to say, I was somewhat disappointed. I then called Ray’s Septic Service on Saturday, described my problem, and he immediately told me Tyler would come the next day, Sunday, and take a look at my system. Today, Sunday, Tyler called about 30 minutes before his arrival at my house. He and Brandon came prepared to take care of the septic issue as promised. The problem was diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. Both Tyler and Brandon were professional and knowledgeable about my plumbing issues and repaired the problem in approximately two hours. I would like to recommend Ray’s Septic Service to anyone in need of quality, prompt service for their septic needs. Unfortunately, I needed to have a septic service and was having a problem locally getting a quick appointment. A relative found Ray’s Septic Service and made a call Friday (yesterday) morning. They were here around 3:30 the same day and, although there were issues found which, unfortunately, were more expensive than I anticipated, I was up and running by 7:30 last night. They worked long and hard to repair my 50-year-old tank. I am embarrassed to say I cannot remember the technician’s name which was either Tyler or Kyle. I think it was Tyler but if someone at Ray’s would let me know I would appreciate it so if I ever have further issues, I know who to call. This was all obviously traumatizing so forgive me for forgetting their names.
Had a sump pump alarm hollering at 1am; I silenced it and set up an appointment through the website. Shortly after I had a phone call to review the circumstances and confirm the appointment. Within 48 hours I had a new pump installed. The crew was very competent and taught me about the system as they went. They clearly take pride in their work and I appreciate their efforts.
Ray’s Septic Service came highly recommended. The two techs emptied and reworked the PVC piping on a 30-year-old septic system. It was an arduous job in close quarters and a muddy area that took several hours. However, the techs were good-natured throughout and clearly knew their business. They were very good about explaining everything and finished up with a tip to flush a cup of bakers or brewer’s yeast every two months to balance bacteria. Who knew? We highly recommend Ray’s Septic Service.
Had Kyle and his partner out to do a septic inspection in a home we are buying. He was prompt, on time, very professional, and able to make sure the septic system was 100 percent okay for us to move in. 100 percent recommend this company and Kyle.
The crew is very knowledgeable and helpful. They pumped out both sides of our 1,000 gallon tank and suctioned our drain lines to the house and leach field. They did a full service on our 20-year-old system and they were cleaned up and gone in about an hour! Great service and friendly staff! Definitely recommend Ray’s Septic Service.
